Why I'm launching 20 projects
I don't know which idea will work. So I keep launching until one does.
The bet
Most of what I build won't take off. I'm betting that one in 20 will, and one is enough.
What counts as a launch
A project counts when it's live, it can take money, and I tell people I don't know about it. That means videos, posts and search, not just friends.

How I keep going
9-5 I lead AI at a German scale-up. 5-9 I build my own things. I treat it as a hobby, so it stays fun and I don't burn out.
Nothing is wasted
Every project makes me a better builder, even the ones that fail. I turn what I learn into Claude Code skills, so the next project starts faster.
The goal
The magic you are searching for is in the work you've been avoiding.
I share all of this because other builders inspired me first.
